Transfer Pricing Services
Where the entity enters into an international transaction with the overseas Associated Enterprises (‘AEs’), the said Company shall have to comply with the Indian Transfer Pricing (‘TP’) Regulations. In order to comply with the Indian TP Regulations, the said entity will have to undertake adequate compliance measures as stipulated in the TP provisions under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (‘the Act’).

Accountant’s Report (Form 3CEB)
Our firm shall liaise with personnel of the said entity, after the close of statutory accounts for the relevant F/Y, to arrange for the completion of the Accountant’s Report in the prescribed format. The said entity will be required to file the said Accountant’s Report with the tax authorities along with its corporate tax return. For this purpose, the entity will have arrange to compile and forward to our firm the particulars relating to international transactions with AEs in the format prescribed in the annexure to Form No. 3CEB of the Income tax Rules 1962 for the relevant F/Y
Representation / Litigation Services:
